Some of our most innovative design
work can be seen in our Special Costume Characters. Whether you need a simple mascot or
a Jurassic Dinosaur each character is produced from an original wire-frame armature.
From this model a muslin pattern
draft is taken. The pattern is then transferred to Polyurethane sheet foam, cut and
fabricated.
With all the substructure elements
in place, the figure is surfaced using a variety of techniques and textures.
Because of their enormous size,
these characters are very often animated for added effect.
